1971
The Spark
On April 14, 1971, PHCCI was born out of the vision of thirty-three pioneering members who believed in the power of collective effort. With an initial share capital of PHP 586.00, they laid the foundation for what would become a thriving cooperative.
1972
Official Recognition
February 18, 1972 marked a significant milestone as PHCCI gained official recognition by registering under the Cooperative Administrative Office, solidifying its commitment to serve the community under Republic Act No. 2023.
